What is the warranty on my product?

At Blowell, we pride ourselves on delivering premium quality products, and our LuxeAir Pro hair dryer is no exception. We stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our hair dryer, which is why we offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty with every purchase. This warranty ensures that our customers can confidently enjoy the superior performance and reliability of the LuxeAir Pro, knowing that we will promptly address any manufacturing defects or issues that may arise. With our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, Blowell aims to provide not just a hair dryer, but a reliable companion in every styling journey.

Is the replacement product covered by the warranty?

If the issue was due to a fault in the original product, then yes, your new product will be covered by the warranty of the original product.

Can I return my Blowell product?

Certainly. If you return a product within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund. We kindly request that you cover the postage costs and provide proof of postage. Additionally, the returned product must be in saleable condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns for products purchased over 30 days ago or those in poor condition. If your purchase included a gift, it must be returned for a full refund as well.

I want to return my product - what should I do?

If you would like to return your Blowell product please kindly visit our returns page and where you will need to provide your order number and proof of purchase and a member of the team will soon be in touch to sort your return out. Please note orders must be returned within 30 days in sellable condition unless faulty in order to be accepted for a full refund.

How should I take care of my product?

To ensure longevity and optimal performance of your LuxeAir Pro hair dryer, it's important to take proper care of it. After each use, remove any hair and dust from the air vents to prevent blockages and maintain airflow. Store the hair dryer in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid wrapping the cord tightly around the dryer to prevent damage. Additionally, periodically clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth to keep it looking its best. Please also note when using the hair dryer make sure your hand does not cover the airflow vent as this may cause damage to your dryer.

What are your delivery times?

Next-day delivery within Mainland UK is FREE on all orders. To avail of Next Business Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding English Bank Holidays. Orders placed before 6:00 pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday, while those placed after 6:00 pm on Friday, over the weekend, and until 6:00 pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. Delivery restrictions may apply to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland.

We offer free next day delivery for all orders within the United Kingdom.
